The 3-day 18th China (Fuzhou) International Seafood & Fisheries Expo (hereinafter referred to as "China FIFE") concluded successfully on June 14, 2026. Themed "Global Aquatic Supply Chain, Source Direct Procurement in Fuzhou," this year's expo achieved innovative breakthroughs in both scale and format, yielding fruitful results in promoting industrial exchange and advancing the high-quality development of the marine economy.
Statistics show that the on-site retail sales across the two venues reached 531 million yuan, with intended transaction volumes hitting 2.076 billion yuan. The expo attracted 44,500 professional visitors and a cumulative total of 272,500 attendees. A total of 518 entities exhibited, drawing participants from over 30 countries and regions worldwide, including Russia, Ecuador, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Turkey, Malaysia, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Norway, Australia, and the United States.
In the International Zone, Turkey participated for the first time, bringing sea bass and gilt-head bream farmed in the Aegean Sea. The Russian Crab Group led a delegation of 10 high-quality local fishery enterprises to showcase deep-sea delicacies. Additionally, Ecuadorian producer Exportquilsa saw great popularity for its white shrimp products. Professional international buyers from Russia, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Chile, and other regions attended for procurement talks.
Supermarket Procurement Matchmaking: Key chain supermarket procurement heads, such as Beiguo Mall, Anhui Baida Hefu, Xianghe Hualian, Linyi Xinye Shangxia, Jiangxi Jiabai Le, Taizhou Sanhe, and Changchun Ouya, were invited for on-site negotiations.
